Meet Spanish banker and mother of three, Ana Patricia Botín-Sanz de Sautuola O'Shea. Described by Forbes and Bloomberg as one of the world's most powerful and influential women, Botin was unanimously appointed the chair of Banco Santander in 2014, a historic move that made her the first female to lead one of Europe's financial service giants.

After eight years working in corporate and investment banking at JP Morgan, she joined the Santander Group in 1988. Continuing her father's legacy, she is the fourth generation of Botín to serve at the top bank's helm. Born in 1960 in Santander, Spain, she also sits on the board of directors of The Coca-Cola Company and is a Business Ambassador for the British government.

We know that Ana Patricia Botín likes wearing green, perhaps in homage to the ancestors who gave her the surname O'Shea.
