Over the last 18 months, Five Star has seen a doubling of demand for residential properties in Ireland. We are all aware that the lack of supply is putting significant pressure on prices and rents across Europe.

In a new marketing initiative, Five Star will target large property owners and property managers with vacant units to advise them on the benefits of listing their inactive properties across the Island.

Ireland's Residential Property Price Index increased by almost 9% year-over-year in 2024. This represents a sharp acceleration compared to December 2023, when prices grew by 4.09%.

In response to recent merger rumours concerning a leading Spanish property company, Shane Gavin, director at Five Star International, commented:

"While we always think ahead and are open to strategic alliances, we will never do so at the expense of diluting our brand or what makes Five Star unique,"
